These terms cover your use of the ScentAI app. By using the app you agree to them.

What the app does

ScentAI suggests which fragrance from your own collection to wear, using a score built from your ratings and wear history, the season, the occasion, the time of day and local weather. Members also receive written commentary generated by an AI language model, a conversational concierge, side-by-side comparison, and the Sports occasion.

The recommendations are suggestions about perfume. They are not advice of any other kind, and the written commentary is generated automatically and may be wrong.

Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen, which removes your collection, wear history and ratings from our records.

Membership

• ScentAI Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or annually.
• New members get a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you do not cancel first.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms, not by us.

Your content

What you record — the bottles you own, your notes, ratings and wear history — stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so the app can work for you.

Fair use

Please do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service, or use it to do anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Fragrance information

Notes, houses and imagery come from third-party fragrance data. Brand names are used only to identify products you own. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance house.

Availability and changes

We may change or discontinue features. If we make a material change to these terms we will say so in the app or by email. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
